Nigel is a seasoned Property Investment Advisor, investor and entrepreneur with 17 years experience educating Australians on building wealth through property investment. He focuses on wealth creation methods learned while working with some of the wealthiest property investors, family offices and institutional buyers in the US private equity market.
Starting his property investment journey at 22 years old, Nigel has built a property portfolio that spans across the Australian and US markets with both residential and commercial assets. He contributes his success to buying at the right time of the cycle, interpreting data to identify emerging markets and the importance of having the right overall investment methodology – followed by establishing a tailored strategic solution for each property he’s purchased.
Focused on providing the best investment solutions to the market, Nigel shifted his interests towards implementing technology into the property investment purchasing process. Nigel launched Investa Wealth Partners with a vision of making the property investment experience easier and more accessible to all.
